Asking for or seeking help in time of trouble is a sign of strength. It may feel embarrassing, but it need not be. Rarely can people do it all alone. Having a belief in your original commitment to the marriage requires stretching beyond your comfort zone and doing some reflection and possible hard work to retrieve the commitment you intend.
